Important Note – Custom & Lingerie Items

All of our products, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and personalized lingerie (custom name panties and thongs), are custom-made and final sale. For hygiene reasons, mesh bodysuits and stockings are also final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted for these items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Custom Items

All custom-made products, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and personalized lingerie (name panties and thongs), are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Lingerie Items

For hygiene reasons, mesh bodysuits and stockings are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Exchanges

Due to the custom and intimate nature of our products, we do not offer size exchanges. Please review our sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
